I have been very pleased with the build quality of my Landex New Home and responsiveness to deal with any issues. I’ve been telling this to everyone who asks me how I’m finding my new house. This is my third new build and is far superior to the others.

We noticed a new development of homes being built in Ufford by Landex. We really liked the look of the location and although felt very apprehensive given this was the first time we had bought a property off plan, decided to go ahead. The staff at Landex were there to help and guide us each step of the way. The quality of service provided by Landex was consistently delivered to a high and friendly standard . We are now so happy in our new Ufford home.
Joan & Garry – Goldsmiths, Ufford
We viewed a new build bungalow at Goldsmiths in Ufford built by Landex . . . from day one nothing was too much trouble, from choosing tiles and carpets to extra viewings.
We love our bungalow; the build quality is excellent and everything we could possibly need is included.
Barry & Jenny – Goldsmiths, Ufford
We love our new Landex home and Ufford was the perfect location for us.
We were impressed by the layout of the property, the spacious feel and more than anything the quality of the build with its premium fixtures and fittings.
Dealing with Landex was so easy, from making initial contact and viewing the property right through to handover and the very minor snagging issues.
We would recommend Landex as your new home builder.

Landex gets 5 stars in all categories!
The before service was amazing thanks to Jane and her team, finishing when moved in was 1st class. The site was kept very clean as building was still going on when we first moved in, they cleaned up every day.
We love our new home.
John & Karen, Stackyard Green, Woolpit
Over the years we have purchased many new build properties and the level of customer service we have received from Landex far exceeds that which we have received from any other developer.
Thank you for making our new home purchase an enjoyable and pain free process.
